RHINOCON 2027 is hosted on the campus of the SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly — a tertiary care teaching hospital with modern operating theatres, a cadaveric dissection facility and conference halls capable of hosting parallel scientific tracks and live surgical relay.

Bareilly sits on the Delhi–Lucknow corridor and is well connected by air, rail and road.
Bareilly has its own domestic airport with connections to Delhi and other metros. Delhi (IGI) at roughly 250 km and Lucknow (LKO) at roughly 260 km are the nearest major international gateways, both with onward rail and road links.
Bareilly Junction is a major stop on the Delhi–Lucknow and Delhi–Kolkata routes with frequent Shatabdi, Rajdhani and express services. Izzatnagar and Bareilly City are the other stations serving the city.
Bareilly is about five hours by road from Delhi via NH-24 and about five hours from Lucknow. The SRMS campus is on the Bareilly–Nainital road, well signposted from the city centre.

Bareilly, the city of jhumka and zari, sits at the gateway to Kumaon. Nainital, Jim Corbett and the Himalayan foothills are all within a comfortable drive for delegates extending their stay.
Expect crisp winter days between roughly 8°C and 24°C, with cold mornings and evenings. Woollens are recommended, particularly for the outdoor gala evening.
Shuttle services between partner hotels and the SRMS campus will run through the conference days. Details will be shared with registered delegates by email.
